Working HARD


Last night's Blitz session was all about fitness tests. We had to write down our results and we will do this again at week 4 and week 8 and see how we have improved. I am going to start doing not only my weight buy my measurements every week now too (if I remember lol)

I started inside last night doing sit ups, push ups, hovers, step ups etc and then we went outside for a run test (like a beep test) I was the 2nd person to leave the group coming in at a 4.2 so dissapointing.

Then we did a circuit again. OWWWIIEEEE

I am sure some of the weights were too heavy for me but I pushed as hard as I could last night and finished up with that "i worked so hard i'm gunna vomit" feeling. So I obviously couldn't have asked anymore of myself.

I checked out my legs and my butt today since they are still sore from Monday and yep - they have big black bruises! OUCH.
Oh well time for me to head to work - I have just finished taking the dogs for a walk but I think what used to be a 1 hour walk is about 30 - 40 minutes now. I will have to time myself with it but I keep forgetting.

9 - 9:15pm - Home Time
9:45pm - Optifast Dinner
11:30pm - Bed
