PISSED OFF!!!!!!!!
TUESDAY *6:30am Wake Up - Yep (OMG this would have to be my biggest acheivement) *7am Gym for weights and cardio training - Yep *8:30am Home for a shower and change & Breakky optifast - Yep*9:15am Leave for work - 10:00am I got a call to start late*??pm Lunch (Choc Mint Snackright) - 4pm Lunch Optifast *?? 1/2hr Walk - Buy 2 Birthday Cards for Cousins - Did the walk, forgot the cards cause I am broke (like my bank is behind $20 oops) *5 - 5:30 Finish work and head home for gym gear and to get Mum - Finished early, got a migraine on the way home felt nauseous all arvo so no*6:30pm Pilates Class @ Gym - Nope felt too sick :( *7pm more weights and Cardio - As Above *7:30 - 8:30pm home for Veggie Bake - Veggie Bake Yup *9:30pm Chocolate Optifast - Hrm Cheese on Toast?? x2 (errrr) *10:30pm Bed - On Track for this PISSED off at myself again!!!!!!! Pick up and try again tomorrow - Thinking about switching over to weight watchers and Fat Blaster or something cause food is always on my mind at the moment (even though when I have it I am not satisfied anyway) I really don't know what to do but if I keep going like this I am not going to move forward. My weight will either stay the same OR go up again and I refuse to record a gain! (But Obviously will admit it IF I have too) So now onto tomorrow's goals.
