Wednesday


Well Wednesday I was sooo sick - I am still not good today but yesterday was a bad bad bad day. SO I tried ww system and ate 20 points of real food instead of Optrifast. It also means I didn't stick to my schedule.

WEDNESDAY
*7am Wake up - Yep then when the room wouldn't stop spinning I went back to bed until 1pm
*7:30am Gym for weights and cardio training - Hell No I would have fallen off the equipment then thrown up on it
*9:30am Breakky Optifast - Slept through brekky
*11:30pm Walk Dogs 1 Hour - Nope, poor puppies
*1:30pm Optifast Lunch - Had 1/2 chicken breast and tasty cheese on toast (7.5 points)
*2pm Blue Heelers classic (LMAO) - Yes lying on the couch
*3pm Washing - Nope stayed on the couch
*5:30pm Gym Orientation with Andy - Yep, Mum drove me cause I was that dizzy and out of it, then she came in to make sure I didn't fall over. (I had to go I don't know how to use the machines and appoints are HARD to get)
*6:15pm Weights and Cardio Session - Home to the couch (feel eeeeeeewwwww)
*8pm Veggie Bake - Dinner was 2 lamb cutlets (3 points) and a Kraft Free Caeser with only lettuce and 1 Egg and a touch of cheese) (3points) YUMMMMM
*8:30pm Blue Heelers - Yep back on the couch
*9pm Optifast Supper - Nope Apple Cinnamon Scroll bread (anyone know the points on this??)
*11pm Bed - Yep in bed by 10pm but couldn't sleeo so read until midnight.

Couldn't get to the doc so going Thursday.
(PS this wqas published Thursday But I dated it wed for ease)
