Todays Schedule Mess



THURSDAY
*6:30am Wake Up - Yep
*7am Fitness Assessment and Program Orientation - Yep (Actually collapsed doing this maybe I should have waited till I feel better after all)

*9am Optifast Brekky - Yep
*10:15am Doctors - Yep
*11am ReWrite Daily Goals to be more suitable to illness - Yep
*1pm Lunch - Salad and Chicken / Ham Sandwich on sourdough with no butter
*2pm Blue Heelers Classic -
*11pm Bed -

I had my masurements done at gym again and my Body Fat Percentage which is now at 45.1% (EEEKK)
My fitness is at an average level (even after the fact that I actually collapsed in the gym how embarressing!!!)
