SCHEDULE!!



I stuffed up today so now I am going to create a schedule that will go until Sunday when I will create another one. (I hope)

I was doing quite well today.
Then Mum suggested Frozen Custard from Rubees - I didn't need much convincing
Then dad bought home chinese - I didn't even need to be asked!
I stuffed up so I am admitting it rather than hiding it.
I am going to put this on my fridge (when I figure out how) and make myself accountable.



TUESDAY
*6:30am Wake Up
*7am Gym for weights and cardio training
*8:30am Home for a shower and change & Breakky optifast
*9:15am Leave for work
*??pm Lunch (Choc Mint Snackright)
*?? 1/2hr Walk - Buy 2 Birthday Cards for Cousins
*5 - 5:30 Finish work and head home for gym gear and to get Mum
*6:30pm Pilates Class @ Gym
*7pm more weights and Cardio
*7:30 - 8:30pm home for Veggie Bake
*9:30pm Chocolate Optifast
*10:30pm Bed

WEDNESDAY
*7am Wake up
*7:30am Gym for weights and cardio training
*9:30am Breakky Optifast
*11:30pm Walk Dogs 1 Hour
*1:30pm Optifast Lunch
*2pm Blue Heelers classic (LMAO)
*3pm Washing
*5:30pm Gym Orientation with Andy
*6:15pm Weights and Cardio Session
*8pm Veggie Bake - Dinner
*8:30pm Blue Heelers
*9pm Optifast Supper
*11pm Bed

THURSDAY
*6:30am Wake Up
*7am Fitness Assessment and Program Orientation
*9am Optifast Breakfast
*11am Leave for Work
*?? Snackright Choc mint lunch and 1/2 hour walk
*9:15pm Home time!
*10pm Optifast Dinner
*11pm Bed

FRIDAY
*7am Wake Up
*7:30am Gym for Cardio and Weights
*9:30am Optifast Breakky
*11am Leave for Work
*?? Snackright choc mint Lunch
*?? 1/2 hour walk
*9:15pm Hometime
*10pm Optifast Dinner
*11pm Bed

SATURDAY
*6:30am Wake Up
*6:45am Walk Dogs 1 hour
*7:45am Shower
*8am Optifast Breakky
*8:15am Leave for Work
*?? Snackright Lunch
*?? 1/2 hour Walk
*5:30ish Home Time
*6pm Walk Dogs 1/2 hour
*7pm Friends Party - Spit Dinner eat as healthy as possible
*10:30 - 11:30pm Bed

SUNDAY
*7am Wake Up
*7:30am Optifast Breakky
*9:15am Body Pump Class
*1pm Optifast Lunch
*2:30pm Gym Weights and Cardio Training
*4pm Write up Next Weeks Schedule
*6:30pm Dinner with friends at Mosskitos - Try and eat healthily
*11pm Bed


EVERY DAY
*Drink 2 litres of Water
*Take my 2 Vitamin Tablets
*Avoid junk and overspending
*Do It Anyway
*Diet Drinks and Yakult Light permitted
*Update Blogger to Show Successes and Failures
*Admit my Mistakes &
*Move on from them!
