Free Day - 86.8kg
Bit of a strange one today. I have been craving pancakes for about 3 weeks. Pancakes with Maple Syrup and ice cream. I have craved Junior Mints to distraction, yum cha and I was looking forward to eaating my jelly bellys and trying choc orange tim tams today. BUT I basically forced myself to eat 1 pancake for breakfast. And I can't really get into anything. I have a veritable treasure trove of goodies here I have dutifully avoided like the plague all week and Today when I could eat anything I don't want to. I even picked up a low gi hi fibre roll from bakers delight for a chicken avocado lunch. I suppose I shouldn't complain - it will do great things to keep my free day to one breakfast meal a week. But I am panicking about craving and caving during the week when I'm supposed to behave. I found out on Friday night that I am doing one of my South Gippy trips this week though so I suppose at least from Tuesday to Friday night I am not going to be in the house with these things. It will just be a matter of eating well while I'm out. Im a bit nervous about getting my exercise in but I will be doing everything I can to make it worth my while. My weight has been so up and down this week. I wonder if my Chicken Libaba may be to blame? Just in case I may keep it to free day food in future (as I'm not so sure what's in it as it's restaurant food) It may also be my cold or one of a hundred different things. I'm not panicked about it at all, just ever curious. I want to get into that VIRGIN FAT!I LOVEEEE my new Polar Watch. Love it love it love it. The F11 red isn't the red I thought it was though which is a touch disappointing (as I thought it was a bit brighter than it is) but other than that 110% satisfied. Anyway - I am sure I'll post between now and my trip so chat with you soon! GO HARD!
