Day of Reckoning 87.4kg
You know what - It's time to start over. My 2nd challenge OFFICIALLY finishes in 4 weeks. It finished at least 4 weeks ago for me though. I have ben really really horrid!
SO I am starting my second challenge again starting today.
I have written up my menu for the week - Printed it out on A4 sheets of paper at a day to a page and I will cross it off as I go (including all my vitamins and supplements and YES I now have lots of them)PLUS down the bottom I added a spot for the workout I need to do for the day so I can cross that off too.
This morning I got out of bed before midday, and dragged my arse straight to the gym to do my Upper Body Workout (UBWO) boy can I tell you I worked HARD! If you can work your arse off doing ubwo (which you can btw) I did it. Weights were heavy and motivation high. Although I discovered a 10 can differ depending on the order of your workout as mine got thrown out today and OMG I almost died a couple of times on my supposed 8's!
I cam home and I had my Myoplex (which I do everyday anyway cause I'm lazy when it comes to brekky) But I have continued perfectly so far. Gone and done my shopping. Made up a trail mix of cashews mixed dried fruit and yoghurt covered cranberries for unscheduled snacking (IF it is needed it is a better option than toast with a tonne of butter and vegemite or something)
I need to make up some more protein balls as I only have a few left.
I also went into Rowe & Jarman today who are having a sale. They are closing down! So I checked their Polar watches and got myself a BARGAIN! (Sale lasts until tomorrow!) I decided against the pink one (for various reasons) and got myself a lovely Red F11 for cheaper than the F6 was! It arrives next week (they were out of stock of the red)
I'm so excited! I will behave because otherwise I am wasting my supplements. I am wasting my cash and I am wasting my life if I don't. I just need to work on making this a habit again.
Now can anyone teach me about my heart rate and what I want to acheive and what I am looking at and what it means to me? My resting Heartrate is 98BPM which is through the roof, I know that much. And that's about it. I'm hoping it can help me ensure I reach my 10's for cardio. And I'm not so positive on what else. LMAO Sad huh.
I have also noticed that when I was weighing in everyday the general direction of my weight was downwards. Now Im weighing weekly it is kind of hovering. I am going back to daily weighing and reporting. It works for me why stop? I don't plan on becoming a slave to the scales BUT the scales can be a useful tool. I wont freak about raises in my weight. I do alot of weight training and muscle building. But I know as long as the general feel is in the right direction I am doing the right thing. So that is that. Daily again!
There is also 8 weeks left in the LITS 12 week challenge - I wasted the 6 weeker. Lets see what I can do this time. I have already wasted the last 4 weeks. I'm sure I can make sure it's not a total write off. Anyway - Hopefully I'll get a chance to report back here daily. If I'm not I'm probably not behaving so jump on my back ok!!! Welcome to the renewed Jadey!
