Operation Roxy - In Progress

It's another glorious day here. I have been up early to get Jason into work then pick him up again before 10:30am for a specialists appointment. While he was seeing the specialist I wandered down at Dee Why beach and grabbed a couple of snaps. There is a hell of alot of seaweed on the beach at the moment I tell you! I may just head back later for a paddle in the rockpool. Even in the middle of the day on a workday it's busy down there. I really have discovered a new appreciation for the beach that was never there before. My hips is still stiff and sore. I don't have a yoga video or anything but I will try some stretches thanks Amy! I really need it in good shape as we have the long drive to QLD tomorrow and then I will be on my feet from Thursday through to Monday night. I'm really looking forward to the rally but praying it's not rainy or muggy in QLD. And I'm taking LOTS of sunscreen! I wont be around until next Thurday probably so take care of yourselves till then.
