Operation Roxy is a journey to a lower weight with an intermediate goal of fitting into my size 16 Roxy Jeans. This has eluded me for over 12 months, but I am determined to wear them in 2007.

A proper post ???
Victorians best be getting used to this face. We're going to have to see it again for the next 4 years. (Ugh tolls it shall be then)
I'm pissed that they campaigned on IR laws. That's a Federal issue that the State can do Sweet FA about.
Well today is normally my free day and instead I kept it basically healthy (even though I have been DYING for Bakers delight cinnamon rolls all week) Tomorrow I am going to go out for Lunch for a gf's birthday and then the plan was to catch up with Hayley (but I can't seem to contact her on the number I have :( ) So I thought it best to save my free day for then,
I don't want to go overboard though because the weight loss has been a lovely thing to experience. And I want to get lower and lower and lower. I know free day doesn't do that much to my scale weight though. Some days I have even DROPPED heaps of weight after a free day. It gets the metabolism moving you see. That's the point of it.
Tonight I made a divine Chicken Veggie Pie. Sort of started out as a pie from one of the many weight watchers books I have but since I didn't have half the ingredients I was left to improvise. Turned out divine though and I think I may have eaten too much (oops). I certainly feel satisfied. And proud! You see I cannot normally cook without each ingredient and recipe perfectly laid out for me. So here's to a first of not worrying and just getting the job done with what I had :)
I should have taken a photo before I destroyed it :(
Plans for tonight are:~ To transfer my messy scrawl of pantry supplies into an excel spreadsheet. Then maybe write a menu plan for next week.
I lead the most riveting life truly!
I enquired as to the whereabouts of my dress today. Apparently no one in the shop had bothered to call and find out if another could be bought in! I will find out one way or the other in the next few days though because I want a dress for the Bloggers dinner next Saturday!
