Operation Roxy is a journey to a lower weight with an intermediate goal of fitting into my size 16 Roxy Jeans. This has eluded me for over 12 months, but I am determined to wear them in 2007.

Ok I know my titles and my wagon metaphor is corny, but it's working for me :) Nothing much exciting has happened in the last couple of days. So I have to apologize for the boring posts.Yesterday another brilliant day! I have a few challenges coming up though. A trip away for work next week and lunch with Miss Megan this afternoon. Both of which I am confident I can blitz.
Weighed in (yes I know I know but daily weighing works right now) 94.2kg Amazing what a bit of water, good food and moving can do for you.
PLAN: m1: Myoplex 1/2 & Fruit Salad m2: Protein Rock m3: HEALTHY Lunch with Megan m4: Protein Shake + Kiwi Fruit - still felt full from lunch so missed this one m5: Mushrooms with Souffle Filling + 2 Honey Soy Chicken Kebabs. m6: Scrambled Egg Whites. - Wasn't Hungry
EXERCISE:Swim + Walk - stuffed this bit up
