They sum it up pretty darn good!

2006 was not "The Year for Me" 2006 has been a year I am not going to be sorry to have in the past. I said this about 2005 too! 2 bad years in a row means 2007 should be good right? Well hopefully it is after all only 6 weeks away today.

But back to plateau. Since my Dad's car accident I slipped backwards and then plateau'd. Not one of those weight plateau's where you try everything and don't get anywhere. One of those plateaus where you experience an attitude shift and it all becomes too hard and you Can't be Stuffed!

This is an Attitude plateau and it's not good.

There's a variety of reasons behind mine. Multiple Injuries, illness, a love of food & a lazy attitude to preparation and planning are among them. My weight got down to 81kg this year and I have to step on the scales in the morning but I'm expecting 94ish kg. WTF did I do? Nothing.
I keep starting BFL challenges and not coming good on them. Finding any excuse to stop, to fail to eat Koko Black. It's time for some baby steps.

I had my hips and my back & neck x rayed and it is all soft tissue injuries (makes it no less painful I tell you) Mersyndol Forte that has sat in my drawer untouched for years (I throw the old stuff out and get a new script just in case) Is now being devoured to help ease pain for sleep. Nothing else works when it gets bad.

I have suspended my gym membership temporarily but this is only because the plan is to swim 3 times a week and walk 6 times a week. Get my strength and flexibility back up. Have a few deep tissue massages to loosen up these muscles and get my Fit, Happy & Healthy life back. I bought some lemons to go in my water to try and keep it from being too boring and get my consumption up. And the plan is to report back everything here - diet, exercise the lot. I gotta do it - good or bad acknowledge where I am in life. Otherwise I will soon find my weight over 100kg again and back into a CRUDDY life.

FGS I need to wear a sexy sexy dress in Feb for Lozzas wedding! And nothing is motivating me.

So since nothing is motivating I just need to do it. Even though I don't feel like it DO IT. Then I will get back into it and remember how good I felt when I was keeping up my healthy lifestyle. I will remember how good it felt to watch the scales drop on a daily basis. I will remember how good it felt to be fit and healthy and break through barriers by running further & faster & Lifting heavier. And then when I feel so good I will want to see more of it! I will want to keep that going like I used to.

So fake it till you make it.

Menu Plan & Shopping done for now Until Saturday.
Swimming is planned for tomorrow, Wednesday & Friday. @ 3pm

BTW - Can someone tell me how I put a box around an area of text in a blog? I want to box my quotes like Rae does.
