The Awful Awful Truth....
Ok I weighed in - and I hit a new record for the year. 95.3kg
I will be pushing hit to hit 80's by New Year. Especially since I do not plan on taking it easy from Dec 24th - Jan ??? I mean after all we have Christmas Day, My Birthday and New Years to celebrate! Follow that up with My brothers birthday on the 5th and it's a busy busy time. (if he is talking to us and us to him lol)
The last time I weighed this much must have been October 30th Last year. Then I steadily reduced my weight and put it all back on again :) Fun. But imagine if I hadn't started this progress to a better me 18 months ago, and I put on 15kg a year I would be well over 150kg by now. Scary thought. So I have alot to be grateful for.
Mum just took some photos of me sitting here - bloody horrible.I had gotten rid of my rolls and now I carry an entire bakery franchise - just call me brumby's or something. I'll take the obligatory swimsuit shots last
There's no reason this can't disappear again though. BFL is the best program for weight loss and health no doubting that. I've just gotta do it!

Exercise: Swim 3pm + Walk Dogs when it cools down
