Getting Better!!!
We had a day off from the Gym yesterday cause I was stuffed after a few days of training to be honest and I couldn't be stuffed going before work. Today my shift was cancelled though so Mum and I got up and went to the gym again.
I got through the full sets of 15 leg curls with the ball twice!!!!! Before today I have been doing 6 sets of 5 (or more sets of less reps) and today I got through ALL of them in the 2 sets of 15 I was supposed to!!! I let out a huge yell of "I did it!!!!" in the middle of the gym and then looked at mum and said oo a bit loud then hey?? Ah stuff it I am sure everyone knows how it feels to accomplish something.
I am not so sore as I have been which is great (cause I can nactually move) and I am quite depressed that my work hours tomorrow mean I will not be making it to the gym. (What's happening to me)
I have been really bad the last few weeks and am suffering a severe addiction to bread that I need to get under control. I have been breaking my daily deals on http://www.livinginthesuburbs.com almost every day. As a result my weight has not changed (hence no weigh in recorded this week) I put a new ticker on LITS that shows how long I have until my friends wedding when I HAVE to be a size 16 in ANY shop. And look stunning of course!
I just need to get myself under control and get through this. I am fighting a battle with myself over this. I want to stick to Optifast because I want the results it can provide right now. But I want to eat normally again so Weight Watchers looks like an attractive option. ATM I am sticking with Optifast.
I am finally going to go see my boy!!! I have flights booked now for Sunday week coming back on the Wednesday - not the greatest amount of time OR the greatest days (especially since he is working) but I will make the most of every minute and what can you do when you are working in between?? I am so excited it has been months since we saw each other. Must work hard to look my best. I am a bit worried about how I will eat and IF I am diciplined enough to go for walks by myself when I am up in Sydney but fingers crossed I can do this!
