Still Got the Pulsar

I may (or may not) have said that I had the Pulsar Sold! A guy came to look at it last weekend and we agreed on a price but he wanted new tyres and the shocks fixed. Fair enough! Then he would pick it up on Friday.
So Friday I spent $750 making the car all nice. Even washed and Vacuumed it for him. Skun my knuckles making sure everything was PERFECT. And then he tells me he bought something else during the week. A handshake means NOTHING these days. I am so upset over it esp as I didn't have the money to spend and borrowed it off Mum and Dad thinking they'd get it back that night.

On Friday night my gf and I were supposed to be going to the movies and she stood me up cause of a lack of cash (screw the fact we'd organized it the night before but I know what it's like to run out of cash) So I didn't go.

I confirmed she'd be ready to be my model for yesterdays Brazilian waxing thing and her house mate or her brothers gf was coming with us. Then I reconfirmed it with her Late Saturday night (like 11:30pm or so) And she was all excited about it. When I went to pick her up on Sunday morning she wasn't answering at her house. Her phone was off. So I headed to her parents house (they are a few houses from us) and apparently she was there asleep. Only got into bed at 6am after going drinking until 5! I tried everything to wake her but all I got was the rantings of someone very asleep. I was so upset! I was crying on the way to the course.

So I had a weekend of letdowns.

But today I am happy! Desperate Housewives is on as I type this!
I should buy the series! I love desperate housewives, it wasn't until 2 or 3 episodes before the end of series 1 that I discovered this fact.

I've got a whole pile of people to call for work and I have some FANTASTIC Ideas to help my business. Sales conferences rock that way!

I also have a beautiful tray of Truss Tomatoes sitting here that we picked up from the market and they look divine! Life is good - you just gotta look disappointment in the face and keep going.
