I hate being sick!!


Seems I have an infection in my Kidneys - tests have been sent away today and I am at home instead of at work. I missed my Thump class that I promised my friend K from Blitz that I would go to with her this morning. But seriously my head and my kidneys have been killing me and I am in the WORST mood ever - I could have killed my baby girl last night just for normal things.

I cancelled my PT session for tonight I could probably do some sort of workout but I was dying half way through blitz wednesday night cause I could feel my kidneys moving around so I am definately NOT getting someone to push me harder when I feel like this (I might actually rip his head off in my mood too)

It was one of my best friends birthdays yesterday (Happy Birthday R) and I am going to her place and we are going out for dinner tonight. I am currently weighing in at 90.0kg today and I was looking forward to reading 89.? tomorrow but that may have to wait now.

Anyway - yesterday was a rest day. Today is a forced rest day and we'll see how I am feeling tomorrow.
