Unbelieveable - Cause I've been sick and feeling sorry for myself I've been eating alot more than my fair share of crap. And yet today *drumroll* 89.9kg!!!
I'm claiming it and running with it for all it's worth. Still sick as a dog - Went back to the gym tonight for the first time since Blitz last Wednesday. Tonight Blitz again and now I have stabbing kidney pains and a thumping headache to go with my spinning head. I will relax again tomorrow but I HAVE to go Wednesday it's our last Blitz night.
