Blame Shuffling, Pigging Out, Crappy Moods & Lazy Behaviour
I have a x next to every goal I had set for myself today except wake up and weigh in. I started off on the right foot you see. I went to the gym and we walked out after 10 minutes because you couldn't get near the machines (can't everyone f' off!) We said we would be back later and went shopping. I weighed in with only a 1kg loss bringing me back down where I was - this pissed me off cause I was 95kg flat! Bloated and 95kg which was a best ever YESTERDAY! So I was thinking hopefuly TTOM would be gone today and I would weight in at a svelt 94.x kg and have earnt my freaking 20kg goal reward. But NO. So I had a "free day" today and I ate plenty of crappy food and I enjoyed it - while atm I don't regret it I know in the morning I will. I know for the next week I will. I am just so upset and mad - I haven't dealt with bloating and TTOM gains etc for my whole journey and because I am a wuss and I have delayed having my depo needle too long I am suffering for the first time. I am fit to kill. See blame shuffling - I pig out cause it's TTOM. I'm lazy cause I pigged out and cause I'm in a crappy mood. OK tomorrow is a new day - tomorrow I get back into it - I have no choice tomorrow night I have blitz again (woohoo)BTW bikes was bad but not AS bad as last week - I actually got somewhere with it! I stood up (although not much) But I tried my hardest and I did so much better - GAWD today though I still feel that bike seat I tell you. Then we did another circuit thing and we did sit ups punching into these mitts on the trainers hands whatever number of times he said - now because I have been extremely lazy I have not done my nails in 4 weeks (so highly not recommended to anyone let alone me who is hard on my hands) AND they are extra long cause I have extended the look of my nail bed so when I punched him I broke my nails OUCCHHHHHH - other than that I thoroughly enjoyed it! I love punching things. When I have money & time I might join some sort of martial arts course (if I can drag someone with me) In the meantime I am trying to get the confidence to try the body combat class. Wish me luck for tomorrow - my first challenge is getting to the GYm in the morning. My Second challenge is getting back from work to the gym at night ON TIME for Blitz.
