The plan...
Life is not following the plan right now.
I haven't picked up emotionally from yesterday at all. In fact I think I may have gone backwards.
I think the problem is that I like to micro plan and I haven't done that for quite awhile. Plan my day, plan my food, plan my workouts, plan my work, plan my social life, plan my everything.
I just haven't had two seconds to sit down and do this stuff and it's showing in all aspects of my life.
It needs to improve. I need to make time for me to organise me or it wont happen. Nothing will happen.
