Pizza Piggy!!!
Now anyone who has experienced Duggy Boys Pizza KNOWS this stuff is the best! I have been craving it for months and since Mum was cheating last night by going out to a birthday dinner with friends she thought it would be a good idea for me to cheat too. So I did (it really didn't take that much convincing)
But on the 1st day of the 12 week challenge??? Oops
Oh well hopefully the scales don't dob on me tomorrow.
The 12 week challenge is doing the best you can do and being the best you can be for a 12 week period and we are tracking each other through http://www.livinginthesuburbs.com which is a forum for those trying to loose weight (like me)
My goals for the 12 weeks are :~
My 12 week Goals:~
*To drink 2 Litres of water Minimum EVERYDAY
*To walk a minimum 20 minutes a day
*Go to bed earlier (easy now I don't HAVE to watch BB Uplate)
*To "Do It Anyway" (what a catchphrase!)
*To look after myself better by implementing my skincare routine and wearing make-up to work etc (have to wait for my 15kg goal though cause I have no make up LoL)
*To be out of bed before 9am everyday
*To get below the OBESE BMI of 30
*To loose another 15kg (1.25kg a week average)
*To save money
*To keep my house clean & tidy and get everything done
This weeks goals:~
*Drink 2 litres of water a day
*Cut down diet coke intake
*Get in my 20 minute walks

I still haven't found and or made a decision as to what mp3 player I want so I am going to head into Myer tomorrow I think and take a look around.
