New Year, New Me - 12 Week Challenge Goals
- Get Back to The Gym a Minimum 4 times a Week
- Drink a Minimum 1.5 litres of Water a Day
- Maintain a Healthy Diet
- Decrease Body Fat %
- Drop a Dress Size
- Improve My Fitness Levels
- Complete the Couch to 5km Plan
- Drop 12kg (1kg a week)
Tottally doable with commitment and courage!
