

Phat camp is 2 full days and Friday evening. You will be training 5 body parts, learning new and exciting exercises, trying new ideas of cardio, sitting through nutritional and motivational seminars. Jen shares stories of success and of struggles. There are activities that focus on cooking, supplements, time management and commitment. You will also receive a free Phat Camp T-shirt compliments of iSatori Technologies and Phat Camp Inc. You will take home with you paper works with workouts, exercises, cardio, nutritional facts and much more. You will spend the weekend with women just like you.
