In The High Life Huh??? - (86.4kg)

Back in the high life - what an awesome song. I have been under quite a bit of pressure from many sides recently enough to make me scream. Enough to make me wonder what is worth all this shit in my life? Why do I get out of bed in the morning?

Nothing is worth it!

But then lets look at that another way. No Nothing is worth it? So why should I let it have such a control on my life that it can make me feel like shit? I shouldn't! And as hard as it is I am trying to remain positive and just not care! Because I don't believe that these problems deserve my tears. My prayers are a whole different story though. Oh boy do I need those prayers.

So I am going to be back in the high life soon! Very soon! In fact I am sure that it is just waiting around the corner for me. I have played this song EVERY DAY since I posted the lyrics and I sing my heart out to it.

Do you see my weight??? SEE IT!!!!!
86.4kg!

This day was never going to come. Body For Life ROCKS!!! I seriously can not praise this program highly enough! My trainer is awesome! I truly hate him while he trains me but afterwards I love him! He gets the best from me. I continue my day on a positive note after I have been at the gym - sore but positive. And everyone is commenting on the results which have been huge in the way of toning.

Anyway since I have another session in the morning I am off to bed. Thanks for all your comments and messages. I have been reading your blogs as often as possible - you truly wouldn't believe my blog roll it's huge! And I suppose I am so busy living my life and reading about you living yours I rarely think about commenting myself until I am ready to pass out thanks to the late time of day.

Love you all!!!

Back In The High Life! (Steve Winwood)

It Used to seem to me
That my life ran on too fast
And I had to take it slowly
Just to make the good parts last
But when you’re born to run
It’s so hard to just slow down
So don’t be surprised to see me
Back in that bright part of town

I’ll be back in the high life again
All the doors I closed one time
will open up again
I’ll be back in the high life again
All the eyes that watched me once
will smile and take me in

And I’ll drink and dance with one hand free
Let the world back into me
You know I’ll be a sight to see
Back in the high life again

You used to be the best
To make life be life to me
And I hope that you’re still out there
And you’re like you used to be
We’ll have ourselves a time
And we’ll dance ’til the morning sun
And we’ll let the good times come in
And we won’t stop ’til we’re done

We’ll be back in the high life again
All the doors I closed one time
will open up again
We’ll be back in the high life again
All the eyes that watched us once
will smile and take us in

And we’ll drink and dance with one hand free
And have the world so easily
And oh we’ll be a sight to see
Back in the high life again

We’ll be back in the high life again
All the doors that closed one time
will open up again
We’ll be back in the high life again
All the eyes that watched us once
will smile and take us in

And we’ll drink and dance with one hand free
And have the world so easily
And oh we’ll be a sight to see
Back in the high life again

BFL - Day 3! 87.4

And feeling Great!! I mean I'm sore in a good way. I know I've been woreking hard and the recommendation of L-Glutamine means I can actually move! The food is great and quite variable and not lacking in anything (ie Im not cutting carbs etc)

It has been a bit expensive to start because I didn't even really have herbs and condiments and stuff in the house but now I hope we should be able to keep it much cheaper!
And just LOOK at how my weight is going! FABULOUS darling!

Anyway I have rambled enough - best I get back to work.

What Age Am I? Apparently Alot Older (88.4)

You Are 33 Years Old

Under 12: You are a kid at heart. You still have an optimistic life view - and you look at the world with awe.

13-19: You are a teenager at heart. You question authority and are still trying to find your place in this world.

20-29: You are a twentysomething at heart. You feel excited about what's to come... love, work, and new experiences.

30-39: You are a thirtysomething at heart. You've had a taste of success and true love, but you want more!

40+: You are a mature adult. You've been through most of the ups and downs of life already. Now you get to sit back and relax.

Occassional Posts (90.1)

Sorry for my lack of posts recently. I've been finding it really hard to get online and get through everything that I need to do this week. I haven't even been reading my massive bloglist (or I only get through to those whose names start with C)

Well I got a new all time lowest and I have stopped using Optifast. (cause I ran out) Only thing is I haven't been BFL shopping yet and I really have nothing to eat in the meantime and I see a small gain this morning which freaks me out completely! Especially when I know I am eating well. I just need to understand nutrition v excercise and how to balance everything out.

My 1st Body For Life Challenge starts MONDAY!!! Without fail. I am going to need to do a massive shop this weekend and I am so confused as to how to do this and remain affordable. Mum and Dad will be eating the same as me. And I hope they will put in the training time also. I would like to see my parents looking healthy and fabulous. It's going to be hard with Dad because he was raised on a BIG 2 - 3 course breakfast and DEMANDS to eat that same way every single day. I'm really excited about the challenge and really nervous too!
